Kick or Treat
Hey everyone, our annual Kid’s Halloween Party the Kick or Treat is coming up soon!
Here’s the low down:
When:
Saturday, October 29th
Basic Karate @ 10:30 a.m. till 11:15 a.m.
Advanced Kids Karate @ 1 p.m. till 1:45 p.m.
What :
Games, including the Mummy Race, the Three Headed Monster, Zombie Drills and many more!
Special Mat Chats about why it’s important to keep all things in moderation and the importance of brushing your teeth and having good oral hygiene. Really important around this time of year…LOL.
Costumes:
Every one is highly encouraged to come to class in costumes. This also applies to the parents just in case you were wondering…
If you or your child would prefer not to wear their costume, that’s perfectly fine as well.
Candy:
Well, let’s be honest…what’s Halloween without a treat or two? There will be candy for all the little guys who come in and participate.
This is one of the funnest days of training for the kids and is not to be missed if at all possible.
All members are allowed and encouraged to bring a friend as a special spooky guest for a free day of Martial Art/Creepy fun!
Really quick, we wanted to say a big thank you to everyone that came out for the Libre Fighting System seminar last Saturday. This was one of the largest, most attended seminars to date here at Synergy and it was a fantastic day of learning some amazingly effective material. If you’d like to get some more information on this revolutionary blade system, talk to Dr. Rick and he can point you in the right direction…like we just so happen to have a Libre class here at Synergy every other Sunday…
And lastly also on Saturday the 29th the fitness classes will be cancelled, sorry for the inconvenience.
