Its Party Time at Synergy Martial Arts and Fitness!!!
Hard to believe its been a full year since we opened the doors here at the Gym and to mark the occasion this Saturday the 7th we’re having a 1 year anniversary party!!
All classes will be held as normal but if you bring in a friend to try out any of the classes you’ll be entered into a raffle to win one of 3 sets of MMA gloves a value of $40 and if your friend decides to sign up as a member you go into a raffle to win a heavy bag like the ones hanging on the bag rack in the back a value of $369.
After the classes there will be a celebration lunch next door at Pho79 at 2 :30.
