Hi there everybody, a little bit of a change of pace this week. With everyone having graduations and with the unpredictable weather we know it can be rough making it into the gym so we decided to send out a couple of At home workout to hold you over…LOL.
Both of these can be done at home and with no equipment, both on the same day or split up over a couple of days and will rev up your metabolism so you won’t lose that hard earned progress.
Okay here we go:
At home workout #1
1.Jumping Jacks
2.Pushups (any variations is fine)
3.Butterfly Sit up (have a seat with the bottom of your feet together and as close to the back side as you can, reach back as far above your head as you can, sit up and reach as far in front of your toes as possible)
x 1 minute on and 30 seconds off each for 6 rounds nonstop.
At home workout #2
1. Jump Squat
2.Leg Lift
3.Tuck Burpee (get into a push up position and hop both of your feet in towards your hands and hop back out)
4.Superman Extension (lie on your stomach and lift your arms and legs as high up as you can then lower back down)
5.Sprawl (if you don’t know this one, give Dr. Rick a call…he’d be happy to show you…insert maniacal laugh here)
x 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 each as fast as possible without sacrificing the technique.

Side notes:
Testing this Saturday for kids karate and tactecs. Come and get your rank on and if your not testing come in anyway to cheer your friends on!
Also the C-Tac tactical class this Thursday is cancelled due to the Instructors continuing their education with the founder in Atlanta.
The HitFit and Bootcamp classes on Thursday morning only and Saturday will also be cancelled due to the same reason as above.
