Testing is coming up next Saturday, June the 3rd! Tests are held at normal class times with a special 30 minute practice session before hand so please come in early if able. See you there!

The school will be CLOSED on Monday May 29th in honor of Memorial Day. We hope you're going on a marvelous, 3 day, traveling vacation but (if you're still in town) the school is open Saturday so... come on down!

That's right, another great training year is winding down and that means... the Twelve Sets of Fitmas is back! Come join us this Wednesday (@ 5:30pm) or Thursday (@ 12pm) for Synergy's annual workout blast!

The school is closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving but all other days (and classes) are 'game on' this week. Have a great holiday and hope everyone gets some great friends and/or family time in!
