Synergy is CLOSED for the holidays and will REOPEN on Monday, January the 2nd. Happy Holidays everyone and we’ll see you back for more great training in 2023!

That's right, another great training year is winding down and that means... the Twelve Sets of Fitmas is back! Come join us this Wednesday (@ 5:30pm) or Thursday (@ 12pm) for Synergy's annual workout blast!

The school is closed on Thursday for Thanksgiving but all other days (and classes) are 'game on' this week. Have a great holiday and hope everyone gets some great friends and/or family time in!

Due to the Thanksgiving Day weekend, testing has been moved up one week to this Saturday (11/19). Testing is at normal class times but please come in 30 minutes early for a special Test Prep session to help you prepare. We'll see you Saturday and, with your hard work...

Mr. P.'s instructor, Hock Hochheim, is coming to Synergy! This is a great opportunity to experience his game changing material and the special theme (request by Mr. P.) is dealing with a 'mad rush attacker'
