What is Workout guesswork? Well, to put it simply it’s the feeling of being overwhelmed by all the different choices that are out there when it comes to exercise plans. “Do I do cardio only?” “Should I lift weights today?” “How can I put in the minimal amount of time in the gym and get the maximum results?”

Most people don’t start an exercise program because they simply don’t know where to start.

How can you make the best decision regarding the Workout guesswork?

The fastest, easiest way is to simply hire a personal trainer or join a group fitness class.

By signing up for a fitness class you can take some of the guesswork out of your exercise program, the only catch is there are literally hundreds of different types of fitness classes.

They can range from hardcore classes like Crossfit all the way to the cardio only classes like Zumba. So, what kind of class do you choose? First off you will need to decide what your end goals are, do you want fat loss or muscle building, would you rather have a functional class that makes you feel better or do you like to focus on stress relief? Are you training for a specific activity or do you just want to look better in a bathing suit?

It can be very difficult to know which class to choose without knowing where you want to go.

On the other hand, hiring a personal trainer can eliminate the guesswork. A trainer will sit down with you and talk specifically about what you’re looking for and design a customized workout program to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible. The biggest advantage to having a trainer is that not only are you working on what you want but it’s also really motavating when you know someone is waiting at the gym for you…LOL
