That's right, it's time again for Synergy's 12 SETS OF FITMAS!  Come join us this Saturday (12/22/18) at 11am for this special once-a-year version of our cardio kickboxing class. Challenging yourself is the gift that keeps giving!

The school will be closed on Thursday (11/22) and Friday (11/23) for Thanksgiving.  Then we'll be back open and rock'in and roll'in on Saturday. Hope you and your family have a great holiday!

Starting this week (10/15/18) we’re starting classes earlier on Tuesdays and Saturdays. It is our hope that, in moving the classes earlier, kids on Tuesday will get home sooner on school nights and on Saturday this will leave more time in the day for family...
