Almost everybody spends a lot of time hunched over a desk or keyboard, whether its for your job or for fun, sitting in this position is really hard on our bodies.
If you can take just a couple of minutes or so to get up and move around you can significantly relieve a lot of these problems.
And of course having an exercise program where you’re squatting, twisting and stretching the spine, hips and shoulders can help immensely.
