Martial Arts Halloween Party!!!
Hey everybody!
You feel that chill in air? See all the spooky stuff in the grocery stores?
That can only mean one thing…
It’s time for the annual Synergy Martial Arts Halloween Party!!!
This Saturday the 31st, all kids classes will feature kooky and spooky games including:
Three headed monster
Mummy Race
Exploding Bag O’ Candy
Kids are encouraged to wear a costume, come expecting a ton of fun and are totally welcome to bring a friend or two at no additional charge. Also if anyone wants to bring in additional candy to pass out…Mr. P won’t say a word…
The parties happen at the normal class times and be prepared to pose for pictures!
Side notes:
Kali Testing is coming up on Saturday, October 24th, the weekend before the scariness…
If you’re planning on testing, double check with Dr. Rick to make sure your all set and ready to go. A limited number of private lessons are available between now and then if you want to make sure you know that you know the material.
Secondly on a more serious note, with the rise of shootings recently, Synergy is going to be conducting an Active Shooter Response seminar in November.
Tentative date is Saturday, November 21st from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. This seminar will be taught by Dr. Rick who will be drawing from his extensive background training law enforcement, military and security personnel. The course will include techniques from C-Tac, Krav Maga and Filipino systems to effectively deal with a situation where firearms are invovled.
