Self Defense before, during and after a conflictSelf Defense before, during and after a conflict

Any self defense training program should address not only what you can do during a conflict but also what you should do in order to avoid the confrontation as well as what to do after.

We here at Synergy stay on the cutting edge of techniques to deal with an attack and in keeping with our philosophy of being as well prepared as possible, we’re offer a specialty seminar in the Legal Considerations for the Self Defense Practitioner.

This indispensable course will be conducted by Alastair McNiven (Mr. P’s primary Instructor) who is a night shift Patrol Sergeant for the Boulder Police Department and will take place here at Synergy Martial Arts and Fitness┬álocated at :

3049 – A W. 74th

Westminster CO 80030

at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 21st.

Topics will include:

-responses to varying threat levels

-suggestions on what to do immediately following an incident

-weighing up your right to remain silent vs. providing the Police with your version of the events

-a brief overview of potential criminal and civil penalties that could possible result from your actions

We can not recommend this event to any one who practices Self Defense or Martial Arts enough!
